Hi. I need to mount a front tow hook license plate frame on my IPL coupe. The manual says once I remove the first cover, I need to pull up then pull out the second cover (2). I have no idea what pull "up" means on a planar plate and can't get it to move at all in any direction. Please help!

 

It's regarding to the same cover....use a suitable tool to dislodge cover, then pull it up and away from the bumper

 

Oh... well I'm able to get that part out no problem (#1). I just can't get the 2nd part out for the life of me. Will probably just take it to the dealer...

 

push the cover up towards the top of the car then pull.there is a bit of resistance but it will pop off.
