I'm in the process of installing the j2 on my coupe S. The piping is 2.5" quality looks great and is almost exactly like the ark. I'll post a diy with sound clips when I'm done.

Yeah there's a small handful of guys using/ordering these. Sit tight for a few more days and you should get a review, good or bad.

Just finished the install this morning. I like the sound personally. it's a deep sound, not raspy but a nice burble.

I had the manzo axle back before and this is definitely louder, both at idle and while driving. Under no load it's barely noticeable but under a bit of a load there's a drone there for sure. It's not terrible, but honestly i would prefer it to be quieter.

Under hard acceleration it sounds like a monster, though.

Couple fitment issues too, the left exhaust outlet sticks out a little further and hangs slightly lower than the right side outlet.

I did make a startup and rev video, but I guess the gain on the microphone of my phone is turned waaaaay up because it sounds ridiculously loud and distorted. I'll have to use my wife's phone to record a different one soon.

You can adjust the height of the tips by removing the exhaust hangers and inserting washers or something similar to space it out.

The Y pipe on the J2 doesn't clear the X models transfer case on the sedan, not sure about the coupe?

Just mentioning it just in case since the OP has an X. Maybe give them a call and check....

Here's the sedans exhaust next to the J2 and you can see how short the Y is on the J2 compared to the stocks.....

Not sure how much different the Coupe's Y is if at all....

I can take a picture of my stock coupe Y-pipe with a tape measure next to it when I get home, if anyone wants to see?

Is this an older version of the j2? The one I'm seeing for sale has the hks style mufflers.
