found this under my driver seat. anyone know what it is/from?

Interesting... It would be helpful to know what G37 you have as it will tell us what seats this part could be from. Sport or Journey/AWD?

OK... We have the same seat. (assuming the coupe sport seat is the same as the sedan)

I will have a look under my seat tomorrow and let you know what I find.

Wow I'm clueless as to what the piece is! It's gunna bug me till someone figures it out. Blame it on the dealer and have them fix that as well lolol

Thanks, actually I did ask them about it the service guy said doesn't look familiar and he will have the tech try and figure it out. This was when I dropped the car off before they broke my car

I didn't get a chance to really look myself but it looks like something holds it down in the hole or something goes through the hole and something slides in the narrow groove part

Looks like one of those clips that lets you hang a rod for clothing between the 2 windows like a traveling salesman would use but you have a coupe so... idk?

after reading ur post it got me thinking of maybe a car dealership security key holder thing they use on the car windows. then i googled and found this! its a freaking balloon bracket holder used at some dealerships!! lol

actually for the first time i bought a car from another state dealer without having seen it in person lol. it was a big risk since ive never done it before but it paid off. the car is cherry in almost new condition it was pretty amazing
