Kenny I was hoping for an update on how the vinyl has held up? Any scratching or pealing?

Also can a newbie handle thing? I am debating just paying the $200 and replacing my two door panels that are pealing or wrapping but I am not the best at these things and don't want to mess anything up.

Also I am thinking about doing the brushed silver that blnewt did. Just a personal preference.

Thanks!

Vinyl is vinyl, it is soft and depending on what type of finish you select they hol up, but like paint they have scratches. Originally i had brushed titanium from 3M 1080 then i switch over to eBay 5D Carbon Fibre and its held up fairly well.

Several Guides online, but you pry out the trim between the center piece and the shift piece which exposes the screws.. 2 screws hold it in.

That looks really good. Can you tell me how you applied the wrap? Is there a diy around? I found the one to remove the trim but am not sure how to apply the wrap to make it look professional.

Bumping an old thread.

Has anybody ever painted their interior door handles? Not the door pulls but the handle/lock you use to open the door. I'll be going carbon fiber interior soon and want to eliminate any silver/polished trim.

kennyz424 - Did you ever try wrapping your handles?
