However, I have now come to the conclusion that there are NO splitters made for us.

There are some made for the pre 2011 Sports and coupes and even IPLs but nothing for the 2011+ Sport.

In case everyone is not familiar with the difference take a look at the pictures below.

I have emailed blue bat overlays to see if they offer or can create an overlay in the area I show below. Since our bumpers are already pretty aggressive a black overlay may create the appearance and contrast of a splitter...??

What do you think?

2011 + G37 Sport bumper

Pre 2011 Sport bumper...

I am trying to add black to my car because I have a Graphite Shadow and the black in specific areas I believe looks amazing especially if done subtlety like the midnight black grille and recently painted black spoiler. Plus the black gets us further and further away from the fancy chrome /granny look and makes the G37 look more sporty. I recently also ordered a diffuser so was looking for a splitter up front to tie in with the black diffuser in the back...
I offer an Overlay for the IPL lip . Email me to order .

Hey thanks for commenting and taking a look!
However, this is not an IPL lip. This is a 2011+ G37 Sport front fasica which carried over into the Q60 sport.
In 2011 they changed all sport models to this new fascia...and no vendor carries a splitter for it either.
The bottom portion is not the same as the IPL.
So I guess I can deduct that you do not offer it then...

This is an IPL....

If i can get hold of a car in the San Diego area with that bumper, I can fab an Overlay for it.

^^ that actually came out pretty nice. I wonder if that was a straight bolt on or if he had to modify it a little to get it to fit the way he wanted?

It was a straight bolt on. I was a little worried about the middle edges not sitting flush but after being screwed on, I'm really happy with the end result

My favorite company that makes splitters, diffusers, canards, etc would be aeroflow dynamics. Granted this is coming from someone who like aggressive looks. Check them out though google aeroflow dynamics.

Straight bolt on? my luck...
I got that same splitter and the same front facia and the edges (side of car) of the splitter are supposed to go over the wheel well edges...on mine there is no way it will reach the ends. How did you make it fit...? I am going to have to trim it so that it does not fit over the ends and then it will be long enough.......hard to explain..

Can you take a picture from the side ..that is where mine does not fit..
Stillen even gave me a discount because they agreed that it would not fit...

THANKS!

Here's a pic from the side. The edges fit flush. You have to make sure the back of the splitter sits right in front of the lower trimming.

Not a fan of their front splitter at all... sticks out wayyyyy to much at each end for my liking... I'm going great to have to cut underneath it and try bending it in closer to bumper or sell it and go with the outcast garage front splitter. I'm still deciding what to do.
