Chrome Door Handle... What?!

Was on the Japan site, and came across these door handle protectors for the V36/V37, noticed the chrome handle that was being protected.

Maybe they are using a stock image from another vehicle, but it looks identical to our handle, and if so, it must be available provided the part number can be found.

Curious if anyone can share any info on the door handle. Does it exist?

Looks like it's just a vinyl cutout with a nismo sticker on it. Pretty cool find nevertheless!

CF-look vinyl stickers would look better than the dark scratches on white paint I have. I could do without the NISMO part, but at least it's not in-your-face.

How do I order a pair? I clicked the link but it's literally all in Japanese! Anyone know where I can find these? According to my research none of them will fit an infiniti and they don't seem to be universal : (

That fits V36/V37/370GT (all same as G37), amongst others

Take the link, paste into google translate, and follow that link.

Then use a freight forwarding service of your choice, there are many available.

They also have some other cool NISMO finds for the G, e.g. S-tune suspension kit, stabilizer kit, , sport muffler, and few other small things, but of course nothing near as much as what's available for the Fairlady and GT-R

Also found at JP Carparts for a bit more $$$:

I like the handle protectors.

If you get the chrome door handles, don't forget the matching chrome gas filler door.

I tend not to get crazy, but I like rare oem finds.

For instance, I'd have to learn more about that NISMO exhaust before jumping on it, even though I already have the sport muffler accessory (got it before I knew the NISMO option existed).

Only reason I think the chrome handles would look good is bc I had a set of oem chrome handles on my black bmw Z and it looked really sleek... of course those handles pulled up, not out, so it was a different presentation.

The inherent issue with all the JDM parts mentioned in this thread (and in general) is the huge lack of any data points.

I'd hate to end up getting the NISMO suspension and/or stabilizer kit only to find out some possible issue in fitment/quality/etc exists, then I'm SOL and can't recoup.

... problems, man
