Front splitter vibration?
Thank you to everyone for their input, suggestions and vote of confidence. I took everything off and reinstalled everything. I drilled new holes that were closer to the front of the bumper and used better spacing.
beng37s beat me by one bolt! I used a total of 14 along with 3M double sided tape. It feels much more stable and secure. Haven't gotten a chance to go test drive on freeway yet but i'll update later on with pics! Thanks again

I am happy to announce my issue has been fixed, took it to 70-75mph where I first felt the problem and no issues. Took it up to 90mph and she's feeling sweet.
I took the splitter off the bumper, drilled new holes that are further out towards the front, added a few more bolts with washers, along with 3M double sided tape. Frankensteined the car a bit but holding up well!

Yes! Taking off the bumper isn't hard IMO the only "hard" part is getting the holes to align with the splash guard since its plastic and can move. Do yourself a favor and take off the bumper for a better, easier install.
