I bought my car preowned from an Infiniti dealership. The previous owner had installed the Eibach springs on it but they also had the OEM springs which he had turned in along with the car when he traded it. You could probably just do that and avoid the hassle of changing them.
As someone else said, I'd put the OEM intakes back on and get some $$ back for your intakes.

Would they charge me for installation? and yeah I'll sell my intake and unfortunately sell my never used Fast Intention exhaust if it comes to that

Is it the Catback or do you have high flow cats as well? If you have the resonated ones I'll be your buyer.

Yes they'll charge you....

Are you guys kidding?

OP, you leased a STOCK car. The dealership fully expects, and I'm sure per your contract, to receive back a fully STOCK car in 100% working order.

It's the regular catback exhaust with the 18 inch resonators. I'll keep you updated, but I don't want to get anyones hopes up lol
