Cold air blowing hot?

This morning, I had the option of turning on my air conditioner or my heater, because I live in Texas. I decided that 90 was too hot, so I decided to turn it down. At 60, it blew cold, but at 62, it felt like 90. By the afternoon my climate control had gotten back under "control" but before that, I couldn't move past 60 without it feeling like a heater... Anyone dealt with this issue? Was it a one off or should I be concerned for my AC/heater in the future? Anyone experience similar issues?

my issue is that when mode is set on TOP VENT + FOOTWELL VENT, and i have AC on, the top vents blow cold, and the footwell blows warm air ... unless its set to pretty much maximum cold. anything over like 64 degrees, and the footwell vents blow warm while the top vents are like an arctic blast.

when i go for my first free oil change at the dealer, i'm going to see if there is some kind of stepper motor recalibration they can do for the climate control system. i'm guessing there is a "mix flap" in there that is not working as it should .... ???

You may have a bad HVAC servo, not allowing one of your air flaps to open or close properly. Theu usually work on vacuum.

Yeah, something off. The coupe A/C is ice cold. I leave it at 72 when it's 90+ degrees outside.
