My '13 G37x sedan has red tipped bolts attached to the fire wall/floor and there are washer-like grommets imbedded in the carpet that snap down over the bolts to secure the carpet.

Sorry, if I took a pic it would look identical to ones you posted. I even see the red bolts in yours.

Did you try your local Infiniti parts department?

They might even give them to you
