It may be possible for them to locate another one for you, but it may not have all the goodies, not to mention the low miles. Seems like an opportunity to lowball them on price (go for $26,100), even if they fix it perfectly. I have had 3 of those cars (11, 13, 15) and have loved all of them. They are fast, practical (AWD) and did I mention fun?

I know how much trouble I had getting them down to $$28,100 so I know $26,100 is beyond reach. It doesn't have to be perfect and it won't be; but they know I've cooled off so when I take that nasty ride again tomorrow I will look at it, walk toward the door, and hit them with $27,100 at the last moment and see what sticks. Believe me, were it not for content, mileage, and condition, I would already have washed my hands of the whole thing. I guess tommorrow will be make or break.

Thanks for your input.

G/L, hope you get the deal you want and the car looks as good as it did before.

I will not be labor this. the PDR repair look like a bad body and fender straightening and paint job. they would not budge on price to compensate for the poor repair. I had to walk away. My wife wants to look at a 2015 Genesis 3.8 AWD HTrac sedan.

Thanks everybody. Mods can close this thread if they like. Hoping to stay part of the community.

The Genesis is a decent choice performance wise but very cheap on the inside, hopefully you can find a G that will work for you.

Thanks for the kind word, as I really am bummed. The idiots messed up an extremely good condition car. I wanted to pull the trigger, even under the circumstances, but could not bring myself to do it.

Baltimore. Sorry to take so long to reply.

I caved and got the wife a new '16 Acura RDX AWD Advance; however, I am still open to finding a pristine XS G37 coupe for myself (even though I can see wife trying to hijack it). Our '15 Toyota Highlander Limited will be getting bought back by manufacturer under a Lemon Law decision. Won't be losing money for the year of use either, since the majority of defects existed essentially at time of delivery. Toyota has to conclude the repurchase no later than November 11 to comply with the terms of the repurchase decision.

I do miss the G, even if it was only a non-sport 2010 X Coupe.
