Hey all, looks like I'm finalizing the papers for my G37 Saturday! I've owned a G35 since 2008 and then went VW . Well at 50k the car has just had too many problems to deal with so I'm trading both cars in for this g37! 2011 Infiniti G37 Coupe - Park Place

Only thing I wish it had was the IPL badge on the rear!

I'm excited to be back (never REALLY left) the G series.

Thanks guys! The rims are Blaque Diamond, 20x10 on the rears, and 20X9 on the fronts. The tires are Nankong Dealer wont budge on swapping them out.

 

What issues have you had with the g35? Model year, miles?

Any pics of your 35 and what plans for your 37?

 

I should have clarified, the GTI had the problems. The G35 had the obvious window motor, door lock actuator, and Bose head unit failing; BUT damn that car took beatings grinning and asking for more. Let me find some pics of the g35, I was on g35 driver with the same user name.

2003 G35 coupe six speed with 125k, only mods I did to her were test pipes and intake. The GTI is a DSG had a k04 on her and the supporting turbo mods.

As for the g37, the first thing I plan on doing is opening up the exhaust a bit. Theres a local G guy selling Sebring tuning resonated test pipes. Then a short shifter. Still reading up on what mods really help this car. Seems like g37 doesn't need the plenum spacer like the 35 did, and an intake actually helps with the 37 where it was more for sound on the 35.

Thanks! I saw you had a 350z, I had to replace my transmission at 80k due to the first run of transmission being crappy. my 3rd gear sycro went out.

Only downside I see with the car is it drives like its heavy. Not sure if its the 20 inch wheels or what. Oh and no forced induction lmao!
