Floor Mat Patch

Ok folks, this is a shot in the dark. I recently had my car detailed by a very reputable dealer. He's a friend of a friend's and has all kinds of good equipment. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that the Inifiniti logo that is sowed into the driver's side (coupe) floor mat was missing. I believe he used to powerful of a vacuum. Does anybody know whether I can just buy a new patch, lest I have to make him buy me a new floor mat?

Thanks in advance

I bought my g with aftermarket floor mats so I am not sure what you mean. but if they are sewn in, how could a vacuum suck that up?

I don't think it's available for purchase, you will need to get them to buy you a new mat set (can't buy individual).

As a detailer myself, that's absolutely shoddy work to destroy someone's mats like that. It's common knowledge to go light on those areas. Guarantee it wasn't the vacuum, and he knows he did it too. He should be picking up the tab for an entire new set of mats.
