Check my mod plan

So I am still fairly new to this car and mods to it, but I have come up with a plan and wanted to check it out to see if it makes sense.....

I have a coupe '11 S 6MT. What I would like to do is:

Long tube CAI: ~450
High flow cats: ~500
electric cut-outs: Not sure, lots of bad reviews on most of them
stock exhaust:
tune: ~500

ceramic tint ~350
sway bars ~200

A couple of questions. Do I need a programmer to change from stock exhaust to electric cutouts on demand?
i was thinking about doing headers, but I hear they don't add much.
Should I also replace intake manifold?

Depending on exactly what I end of doing I have just over half the money, trying to decide what order I want to do things or do everything at once.

Another option is to do nothing to the car and get a bike. I wrecked an R6 ~9 months ago. I could get a nice cafe racer instead.

I would personally stay away from cutouts however if you end up doing cut outs usually the kit comes with a switch and wiring harness. If your looking for a nice sounding exhaust without getting a full cat back then stock with the HFCs and maybe look into resonator delete or muffler delete. Our oem headers are pretty efficient but are a pita to install new ones so i opted to not go with them. Manifold I'm up in the air about I want to get it but hear the gains are not worth what it costs.
