Why are you asking now? You already bought it. What difference does it make?

He wants to see if his screen name fits his situation

I don't think you got hosed at all. You've got a better warranty now than it did new if my facts are straight.

Seems like a good deal to me. With that said, who cares now, you're already in deep. My advice is to delete this thread and just enjoy the car because why second guess yourself and possibly make yourself angry?

A few bucks one one or the other makes no difference if you like the car

How did that price compare with a brand new one?

I have a hard time buying a new car. I hate being upside down the moment I drive off the lot. CPO is the way to go if you got the scratch. As long as you see what the values are in your area and that your car lines up with that, you're golden. I paid more than I wanted to pay for a car, but the amount was in line with the G37xS that I bought. Just read the forums regarding some of the idiosyncrasies like rattles, whistles, brake bed-in issues, etc. so that you understand that many of these issues are more annoyances than anything else.

Then...enjoy the ride . I find myself aching to get back behind the wheel every day. It's a disease of which I am happy to have!

Just because you buy a new car doesn't mean you are upside down, depends on how much you put down or trade in, etc. That said I agree with the Infiniti CPO in most cases. There was one case, a CPO I was looking at on the internet at the dealer.. I get to the dealer.. It had all these dings/front end bumper damage and to top it off the salesman drives it off the curb and damaged the muffler... No thanks, LOL!

I bought my 2013 G37x coupe with navigation, premium, etc. NEW for $38,600 in September of 2013. Sticker MSRP was somewhere in the $49k ballpark.

With a sizable down payment and trade in, I never have, and never will be upside down on this new car.
