Want to see a Venetian Ruby Q60 Limited Coupe?
I think this is just a marketing scam... err.. I mean "scheme" to push all the old inventory out by rebadging/renaming them to attract & distract people. The coupe is due for a complete redesign and it will probably make this current gen look very outdated but this would give people reason to buy the G37... err Q60 because it's "different" and "cooler" because it's dressed it up a bit. To me, buying this now would be as pointless as going to the buffet 30 mins before closing and help them eat off the stale food when you can wait until the next day and get fresh batch. But that's just me not sure if anyone agree LoL.
You know, I'll have to disagree with some of you on the color - I really prefer this darker shade of red over a traditional "Racing" red. My last car was a similar, darker shade of red, and it really looked awesome in person, and under different lighting conditions. Now, I'm not sure about Infiniti's version, but under darker light, like at night, I'd imagine it would look closer to black, or under street lights, it would probably look more like a brick red. I appreciate colors that have that depth instead of just bright red that always looks the same.
Also, the black mirrors - they work, if you tint the windows. With black windows, the side profile isn't broken up by a floating, body colored mirror. Note that the triangle mounting point that the mirror is mounted on is black, so if you tinted the windows, you have a fully black teardrop shape to the window line when viewed from the side.
The rest, I agree with you guys - the black spoiler and badging is whacky. Is that badging convention taken from Nissan Maximas and Altimas? That's a step backwards, if Infiniti is trying to be perceived as a premium brand.

Infiniti's lame attempt to make the tired and dated G37 look something special is infuriating to many of their loyal customers. Their only hope is an uneducated, undiscriminating new-blood customer with more money than brains or intuition. Carma is bitch, and the poorly executed safety gimmicks and driving dynamics in the Q50 sedan (hybrid and straight Atkinson cytcle engine) have caused their quality number to bottom out and splatter.
Do I like 2010 G37x Coupe? Yeah, once I resigned myself to the crap logic in the 7 speed auto (even after numerous reflashes), and the twenty-some year old engine tech that's down a good 60-70 lb-ft of torque, I learned to like it. Had to settle for the anemic brakes in the 2010 since no xS that year, and every single warranty claim was like pulling teeth from Nationwide Infiniti in
Timonium, Md, with corporate and the zone rep's blessing. And thanks a lot for blaming the infamous driver side seat bottom bubble on my "thick"wallet, which I haven't re-opened up at an Infiniti dealer since July of 2010. Maybe I'll throw them a bone when hell freezes over.
There's nothing in the current line-up that pulls me toward Infinissan in this model year, and even an impressive next-gen G would be too little too late, assuming my 53 year old *** wants another coupe with near-useless utility in the back seat and the trunk. Even if they came back and built products beyond reproach, most of their dealers and Infiniti Corporate will never learn that half the battle of maintaining a near-luxury marque is not treating its customer like Nissan Versa owners. Like I said, carma is a true bitch.
Wife needed (wanted) an SUV, and post-Infiniti I felt more comfortable buying a '15 Toyota Highlander Limited rather than a rebranded Nissan SUV with the worst CVT in the industry, both in performance and in-warranty failures. I'm friendly with one particular Infiniti service manager and a Nissan PDI manager, and both have told me that some of these CVT burdened Pathfinder architecture SUV's are on their 3rd transmission replacement.
Way to go, Infiniti.

Unpainted look black trim pieces (like a base model)... The seats don't have Infiniti stitched in them... That hideous black spoiler that sticks out like a sore thumb... and you pay extra for the pleasure.
Glad this was all done to the Q60 name badge and they aren't tainting the G37 name.

Gosh we have around 15 of these new Limited coupes at my dealership. I'm not really a fan, the black mirrors covers and spoiler looks off, especially on a white car. The Graphite Shadow is decent but still too much $$$ for really just black IPL rims and the sport muffler.
ANDDDD I don't like how they took off the embroidered Infiniti logo on all the 2015's!

I got the last good year. 2014. Basically an exact copy of the 2013 G37S....just silly Q60S badging (which got removed anyways). I still sure as hell got my Infiniti stitching on my seats!
First off guys easy on Infiniti here, they're not the only ones to offer black mirrors - the E92is did that also. Audi S4 offers a Titanimum package with body colored mirrors that some people like. The car is on the road to replacement so anyone buying this is going to save a bundle. And i'm talking about 6-7k below MSRP.
Yeah, I was wrong. It looks like the Q60S Limited models have 330HP according to Infiniti's website. I don't know why my local dealer lists them as having 348HP...
