Replacing dash panals

Hoping someone can help? I'm interested in changing out the burlwood color dash panels with the aluminum color. I'm not sure exactly what these panels are called? Where can I purchase? How difficult is this job?

I apologize if this question has already been posted...
Thanks

When i first bought my 2013 IPL vert from a infiniti dealer i asked about swapping the brushed metal panels with the rosewood ones like in the anniversary edition. just the panels were going to cost $3K+. I didnt ask about labor after that. I would bet it is costly and probably not a DIY unless you have skills IMO.

The pieces are expensive new, but can be found on eBay for reasonable prices, such as here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/INFINITI-G37-G37S-2010-2013-COUPE-OEM-DASH-CONSOLE-DOOR-PANEL-TRIMS-MOLDINGS-53K-/261611179279?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3ce93dcd0f&vxp=mtr
I usually find them by searching "G37 dash trim". Removal isn't too bad, varies piece by piece though. The FSM would be a good resource for removal diagrams. Another option would be vinyl overlays which would be even easier to install and even less expensive.

There are also lots of aftermarket kits available; just do a search...
