Autokits V2 diffuser (help)

Hey guys, well just got my FG diffuser in but I don't know if I should get it painted matte black or gloss black? Btw I have an ivory white G37. Sorry for the stupid question but I don't want to get it painted wrong and end up not liking it!

I'd go matte, it's in an area that gets dirty quickly and dirt on matte blends better than dirt on gloss.

I was kinda leaning towards gloss, but would dirt be difficult to take off on gloss?

+1 to add, IMO matte looks better than gloss.

Not at all, it's just daily driving you'll get dust and dirt accumulating down there and it'll show a bit more. As far as looks, both should look good.

I think both would look good as well. If it were me I believe I'd go matte, but hey man it's your wheels and ultimately its what you think looks good. Plus it'll be you doing the wipe down if dirt gets on the gloss. So get out there and gloss that b!tch up!

My car is Moonlight and I sanded my AK v2 down , primed it and hit it with three coats of bed liner spray. It's textured and whenever I clean the car I hit it with Detail Spray . So far so good.

Cant really go wrong with the 3 finishes on white. Matte / gloss / carbon all look good juat comes down to your pref. Either go with cf and get wrapped in gloss or matte or just leave it cf best of all three. Somewhat a win win other then the price.

That actually isn't a bad idea......the textured look (like Rino-liner) might look pretty dope! Do post up pics of that, something I just might try

If the rest of the car theme is really shiny then do gloss. If not then matte will be cool, not a fan of fake carbon fiber but shut to each it's own.

Below are old pics of my car with matte black V2 diffuser. I now have carbon fiber diffuser. Looks 10 times better.
