OEM undershroud scraping

So I ditched my AMR Eng. coilovers on my X and installed Fortune Auto 500's (Review to come) so the car is sitting pretty low in the front (at 25.6" ground to fender). Currently, the OEM undershroud is sagging and the oil change cover is broken so it scrapes whenever I go on bumps. I am wondering if I should get an aftermarket undershroud like this. Anyone has any idea if the clearance is better than OEM and whether it's a good idea to go for this?

Thanks,
Hal

Hey Hal, nice to see you posting, it's been a while.
It looks like your snap clips have broken which causes the sag you're seeing. I got replacements at a local NAPA that seem to snap a bit tighter than the OEM clips. Here's a post w/ the part #

I'd try these first and if that doesn't help or last very long then try a different setup.
That's pretty low BTW, especially for an X, that's about as low as I was on my springs and I shredded my exhaust braided flex pipes, much more fun to drive being up another half inch

Yeah, I've been pretty busy lately. I do check the forum almost every day though.
Thanks for the link, I will check it out. I went to the dealer and they said they snapped it back in place but I cant be sure they did it. I do plan on fixing the height after the springs settle since the tires rub on the fender when going over bumps.

So my temporary solution for this problem was to screw the cover to the shroud body which eliminated 90% of the scraping . Only scraping on larger bumps. I'm still planing on getting those snap clips since I'm missing the 3 in the middle.
Been getting compliments on the low ride . Kinda makes me wanna stay low but that's not happening.

Just going up a half inch will make a huge difference, and you'll still have the nice stance.
