Do you guys see where the fog lights are supposed to be, there are these thin white attachments right in the middle, where can i get those? I know it might be part of the body kit, but some people have them even without a body kit

 

That is a Zele entire front bumper, as you said, the white crossbraces are part of the entire bumper rather than a single piece.

As far as I know, the braces in that location are ALWAYS molded into the bumper, and are never just sold as separate pieces. Your only bet is to buy an entire new bumper if you like that look.

 

Since the car has fogs already incorporated under the lens, I would leave it alone. It looks great as is...It's overkill with extra lights on that front...Simplify !

I know they sell something like this for mustang headlights, I think you can use that part, with a little modification, in the fog vents. From a quick search I found this.
