If anyone is planing on doing this take my advise and buy it off ebay for cheap. Don't go with the bull**** 3M brand unless your willing to spend at least 5x more money for the same ****. I got my 10sq feet for only 10$ that's 60$+ for 3M. This is the one i got 10 Sq ft 24"X60" 3D Black Carbon Fiber Texture Vinyl Wrap Decal Film Sheet | eBay

Not bad for your first time. Too bad I don't have the time to do this.

3M has the industry top quality adhesive, meaning that in the summer time, the vinyl will not peel off. Your cheap $10 ebay vinyl will lose the adhesive over time and start to bubble and deform. Guess what, you will get **** and remove it and wrap it again.

Its best to do it right the first time so that you dont waste time and money to do it again.

I've always used 3m or Avery for exterior & interior wrap projects and always held up well.
It's such a small area (material wise) than an extra $10-15 for top quality material is worth it IMO. The cheap stuff will probably be OK for the interior if you're not out in the hot sun too often.

You get what u pay for. I totally agree that the 3M is well worth the money. Not only does it adhere better in the long run, but it's easier to work with an sticks better when ur putting it on. And yes...I've tried both.

Well here in Cali it gets nice a hot in the day times and i have never seen or heard of this peeling off. A few of my friends have this same wrap and even if it does its only 10$ i can easily re wrap it now since i know how all the trims go on and off but considering my cars only got 20 more months of lease left i should be fine

Looks good, and thought about doin g this as well. I just like the aluminum finish to much to cover it. Maybe in the future if it gets all dinged or scratched up I'll wrap it.
