Regarding exhaust, what is the easiest way..

Hi. Happy new year to everyone!

I have a question regarding an exhaust on my g37x coupe.

I don't want any HP upgrade, but just want to hear more deeper and noriceable sound than the stock one.

What is the easiest/cheapest way to change the sound of it?

Is there any options for AWD coupe?

Thank you!!!

Might look into this if it's still available, not sure if it also fits the AWD coupe though

@blnewt

@blnewt Always thank you for your informative reply.
Due to your help last time, I could install 19'' OEM sports wheels on my AWD coupe. Thanks again.

Yeah, I know the sport muffler is available for AWD coupe, but would there be any significant difference compared to my regular OEM muffler??

Go to an exhaust shop and remove the muffler, sub with pipes.

From the reviews I've read teh sport muffler seems to have a nice volume boost over the stock setup, might be what you're after. There's quite a few that have them on the site but might have to post that question in a new thread

You don't mean exhaust tip do you? Cuz you know those are purely cosmetic right?

As far as the sport exhaust, I have a sport model and it sounds nice. I don't knw what the non sport sounds like but I am considering getting an IPL exhaust if I can. I heard one leave the gas station the other day and it sounded deeper and more agressive than mine. Keep and eye out for one of those too maybe

Muffler delete.

Go to any exhaust shop, replace the muffler with straight pipes and weld the OEM tips on them. That way it looks stock and sounds 10x better.

Tanabe Mufflers if you want an aftermarket look, but this will run you a few hundred bux.

Is this what you are talking about??

hmm.... very tempting!! because I don't want to spend too much on my exhaust syste. I don't need any hp upgrade or something. I just like to hear deeper and more aggressive sound.

Seems it is not going to take that much time to do this.

Do you know where I can order those 11 pipes that goes where exhaust is supposed to be and also muffler tips?? any website??

Hope this can be done to any g including AWD model....

Any good muffler shop can remove and replace your stock muffler and bend and weld and reuse your muffler tips just like the picture you attached. IMO muffler delete is too loud and obnoxious for DD.
