Why is it that Liquid Platinum 2011+ G37's (especially sport models) don't seem to be very popular or as common as other darker gray colors? I think the color is looks great. Am I missing something or is it just a coincidence I haven't seen them?
Because they rice em out with blue LEDs! Lol just kidding Anthony your car's gorgeous. I really regret getting my car black. That's my only regret tbh. It's so hard to keep that paint lookin clean.
Liquid platinum is a beautiful color. I remember before I bought my G, I saw a LP G drive through the intersection. ANd I remember thinking how sexy it was.
It's one of the few colors where the chrome factory trim is somewhat complementary. Even the beret across the back doesn't look bad on LP. Coming from a TB 1st gen, its ability to camouflage dirt/dust is almost annoying at times (i.e. it's been a week, I want to wash my car, yet it still looks clean).
In the used car sales world it's called "No sale silver" which is surprising because everyone offers silver cars and there is like a gazillion silver Camry's out there. I know someone with thier auction buyers license and that's the term they use for silver cars.
