love the cusco strut bar. I want that in reverse with black tubes on the intake tubes and gunmetal filter covers on my stillen. Great work.

I don't use cheap materials lol all is done in a spray booth, and every part is painted twice to kill the ugly plastic texture

I don't have a spray booth but I do have a nice compressor and spray gun. What brand of paint did you use and what type of prep went into it before you painted?

I use spies hecker basecoat and Dupont Chromaclear. the engine cover gets thoroughly cleaned then sanded, then adhesion promoter applied, then sealer basecoat and clear, I normally do the darker color first, and give it like 5 coats of clear. once its fully cured ill sand it smooth then tape off and do any second and third colors then reclear

Damn... Thats a lot of work. I'm going to do some looking into this though. I'm thinking of using my K&N Typhoons tube color for the engine cover.

JP I'm just going start pulling things off the car and sending them to you now. Seeing these pics on top of the others is making it much more difficult not to buy that spare set of Akebonos.
