Not much louder than stock at idle, you will appreciate the noise about 3,500+ RPM, as it retains the VQ noise (personally I love that and don't want to lose it). Cold start sounds sweet.
Highway drone is zero. No issues with bluetooth.
If stock is 3 out of 10 on loudness, I'd give this a 4.00-4.25 out of 10. I'm considering the Megan mid pipe add on for a little more volume. It is only about $150, so it won't break the wallet.
Quality of the materials is very, very good. The burnt tips look awesome IMO.
Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.
