Question A Bunch Of Questions

Alright so I have a ton of questions before I do any mods to my G suspension wise.
1. I want to get Tein S Tech springs because I think that is low enough to slap on a "Low Standards" sticker and not be called a poser. But before I start throwing out my money, who has heard of reviews with these. My car's suspension is bone stock and if I throw those on am I going to scrape every little inch hole in the ground? I'm not looking to scrape, and if that is a regular thing with the S Tech I guess I'll have to go with the H Tech or Eibach. (Summary:Reviews on Tein S Techs)

2. So the first thing I noticed about this car besides it's sexy lowering (Stock dropped on S Techs), is the ugly gap in between the rear/front fender and the wheels. So I thought to myself, "Hmm... Wheel Spacers (Hopefully cheap) or New rims (Goodbye wallet)"? The obvious choice was spacers. Now I don't know if these things are made on a different planet, or are a deep dark secret in the stance world, but I swear on my life I can't find any spacer that will work with the G37 (Most likely my lack of knowledge). Where can I find 10-20mm spacers for a G!? (Summary:Where can I find spacers for a G37?)

3. This one is totally unrelated, but super important for me to find... Where can I find a race spec G37? Like a fully built G37 race car... I only see G37s as showcars and what not. (Something like below)

4. Since I'm already rambling let's just ask some random stuff...
- How much do you think a setup like this would cost?

- What can I do to my exterior to make it flashier that is cheap?
- What's the cheapest air suspension available? (That isn't a POS)
- How can I make my exhaust louder without spending any money? (Washer mod?)

That's all I could think of. I'll probably end up posting this in two or three different sections because it deals with a lot of the G spectrum. Thanks bros.

I have Tein S Tech on my 08 G37's and I only scrap if I got someone in the back seat or I go over a speed bump to fast, and you can get spacers at Z1 Motorsports, or even ebay they are the same as regular nissan spacers hubcentric type of spacer is the best type to get.

save yourself the money and just buy coilovers.

i did same mistake. got springs, witch were great for like 6-8 months,

but now i decided i really want coils because you can always adjust them. And it will never feel low enough on springs = /

spacers or new rims is really not a comparison.. one costs $200~ other costs $2000.

and if your going for aftermarket wheels, id say coil overs is a must!! There are tons of brands and reviews out there just do a little search!

As for the last picture, the basic mods i can see are: coils, rims, grill paint job, stillen gen3 cold air intake, mirror covers or paint job, aero / ipl front bumper.

None of these mods are "cheap" i guess with the exception of paint jobs for grill and mirrors.

gen3 intake = $400+ / coils new will be like $900+ / wheels totally depends on wheels + tires you choose but likely $1800+ and IPL / Aero front bumper depends if u buy new or used / replica, so around $600-1300

It really depends on where you want to start. For the BIGGEST noticable difference would be coils + rims. Makes the most difference out of all mods visually. So id go with that first if you have the funds.

After that you can choose to go under the hood (cold air intakes / strut bars / sway bars etc) OR you can always go with exhaust! great mod, adds a little power and make the car sound nicer if you make the right choice! but it can be costly!

but it all comes down to budget and what YOU want to see done firsT!

From: Framingham Ma,
Ok so most of those where answered . But I agree with saving for coils , I'm ok HR springs ( 2.5 years now) and the ride is getting a tad bouncy . Mods for performence would be cold air intakes - either Stillen Gen 3 or Takadas . I had stillend now Takadas. A cat back and tune . But don't for get sways- I love my hotchis sways!
The body is really not that hard just get the factory sport kit from Infiniti .
There are always deals on here in the vendor sections

Cheap parts are a waste of $; you'll only end up replacing them so the original investment will be wasted.

Save up for what you really want and do it right the first time...

Get coils over springs. I had some springs on my 35 sedan and then put coils on my 37 coupe and love it much more. Get the stock IPL front or new sport from for something g new. If you get wheels make sure you buy quality wheels.
I have some coils for sale if your interested...

Is this post for real? lol OP needs to search harder!! There are tons of data on this site dating back 4 years of springs spacers and everything under the sun!!

Best Springs are SWIFT Sports! They are made to work with stock dampers!! Best made spacers H&R DRM!

And if you want a track car buy a 370z or BRZ! Not G37 it's a GT car!!

No one has a fully built race car. Everyone is into the whole "stance" scene...

That said, I'm on my way to changing my car into more purpose-built car. Stay tuned

Your grandfather was a smart man!

I've also heard, "The poor man pays twice."
