Looks OEM but it says "Item condition:New other (see details)"
ask them. and if they said yes and when you get it is not oem..... file paypal claim.
and ask them for more pics, close shot of the Nissan item number on the back side of the spoiler, or the box.
But from the Nissan stickers, I have to say it's OEM IMO.

Item is definitely oem piece. The one that is listed as silver is amethyst graphite. I know because I just bought one. The part number in the listing is not the number on the box. I cut out the camera hole in mine, and haven't had any issues. Not all coupes come with backup cameras, it's not for a sedan, and the number on the box is a good Infiniti number. OEM for the price of cheap plastic crap, comes with all hardware and fits perfectly. Paint is perfect too

anybody know approximately how much to get it painted?
Yes I installed it my self, it wasn't hard just a little nerve wracking to drill holes in such a nice clean car. Don't bother trying to find an 18mm hole saw, just buy a large step bit and drill to 11/16 inch. I bought the two piece step bit set from harbor freight and it worked perfectly. Take your time and make sure the templates are straight and you'll be fine. I would buy the paint and do it myself before installation. Good luck
