If only Infiniti would have gone farther
If only Infiniti would have gone farther
Tell me Im not the only one thinking if Infiniti had gone farther with their redesign of the G37, this might have been the result?
OK, OK, this is probably more of a middle aged wet dream but this Ferrari just screams "drive me" in a deliciously evil, sexy, slutty voice. I wonder if it comes in Black?
(Sigh)

I'm sure that if they figured they could get Infiniti owners to pay $300K over what they're currently paying and to be willing to be selected to be on a waiting list to buy the car in very limited numbers, they'd have no problem producing a car like this. Of course that means that exactly one member of this forum would own the car.
Yes, it comes in black.

Yes, it comes in black.

I dont think so either....there have been mockups and apparently this one is close: 2016 Infiniti Q60 Coupe renderings leaked! : Infiniti Q50 / Q60 Forum

That said, the paint on lamborghini seems much nicer IMO

I don't know, I like my Ferrari pants. I guess they technically do charge over $3k but it's wayyyyyyy over. (just busting chops).
Frankly the thread is pointless .... comparing the body lines of a Ferrari to a Nissan.

I run a detailing business that specializes in paint correction btw.
The paint is so thin on the Ferrari F40 you can still see the carbon fiber weave pattern. But if you were driving an F40, would you give a crap about that? lol, I'd be more focused on bangin' through the gears and taking turns at crazy speed.

No trust me, they come from the factory right that. It's horrible. Another high-end detailer I know works almost exclusively for a Ferrari dealership, he fixes them brand new as they roll off the truck and it's insulting how bad they are. He documents all of it and sends it to Ferrari but they never respond or change their ways lol.

Lamborghini takes much more pride in their paint jobs, although the still do have some factory defects. Not nearly as noticeable though. Lamborghini has some of the hardest paint out there, very hard to swirl up after the fact so it stays looking nice for a long time.

Historically, Italian's are known for building amazingly fast and beautiful cars, generally at the expense of finish and reliability. German's are known for building things which work perfectly and never break.
When I lived in Germany for 5 years I drove a series 2 VW Golf, which had over 180,000km on it, for about 4.5 of those 5 years. I seriously don't remember ever having it serviced or changing the oil :P
