I have a 2008 G37s with 87,000 Miles! I want to finally start adding some aftermarket parts to her...

since my car has 87,000 miles, is it stupid to get aftermarket parts now? since the engine is weaker than it was when it was young, if i am at all wrong here please correct me, im 17 btw, still learning the ropes of all this stuff! PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

Just because it is older doesn't make it weaker. It depends on how well it's been maintained. No it's not stupid to mod. I have have 08 with 90K+ miles and I'm about to drop turbos in it without building the motor.

 

2 threads with the same question??.... Again 87k isnt that high. As long as you kept good care of your car your fine.
