I don't have the art test pipes but I do have the ARK exhaust with berk test pipes. It became so much louder once I installed the test pipes. It can get very raspy though. I see why people pay the extra money for high flow cats.

Altogether I love it. The ark exhaust still sounds amazing and may e 2-3x louder with the test pipes and you can feel a bit more horsepower out of them.

 

One advice. DON'T DO IT. IT RASPS like crazy!!!!!

 

Rasp all the way!! I have a top speed pro1 axle back with my stock resonators removed and top speed pro1 test pipes and if I don't let the car warm up when I start it, it rasps so much but after they warm up it is an intoxicating sound! Overall I'm happy with the setup but maybe go to a full cat back to remove some of that rasp.

 

I gave up! Sold ARK yesterday and ordered e370. Don't get me wrong, tho.. ARKs are SUPER AWESOME! Just the combo doesn't go together. If you want a testpipe or catless setup... better go with either ARK HFC/TP or FI RHFC. Good luck.

 

I have the ark exhaust with the art pipes setup and yes it rasps like crazy at about 3k rpm, anything below that it sounds great . Driving around town normal it sounds really good, but once you start to get on it is when the rasp kicks in. I was actually a bit disappointed when I first installed them on my car , but eventually you get use to it lol

 

I'm about to go with this set up in a few weeks (ark+art) and i hope it turn out good. From what i read here some people love them and some hate them ? as of right now i have the ark pair with berk hfc and i dont like it at all.

 

I have said it before and will say it again. You're making a huge mistake. It WILL RASP! Either get e370 catback to go with ARTs or go with FI RHFC to go with ARK. One or the other, not both..

yeah I dont think you should mix and match. I've searched for hours of everything I could find on both of these set ups and personally, if you want to go with ark get the CBE and their HFC/TP too. if you want motordyne get their e370 with the ART pipes. mixing will result in rasp. Both exhausts are engineered and optimized to be paired with the same company's parts, no reason to mix and match.
