cars on bags + Towing

so i have always wondered, if lets say you are parked illegally somewhere (not me, just what i have thought) and the car is on bags and is slammed to the floor, can it be towed? lol.

i always thought the same thing...Like my car is pretty low if a tow truck were to lift the rear up even if it could get the arms underneath they would definitly rip the front bumper off when they lift it up.

if its parked illegaly and there is a sign that says: Towed at owners expense.

They can tow ur car and brake stuff / scratch bumpers etc and its at ur own expense

They will not be charged a single penny for any damages to your car.

BTW this happened to me once in NYC i got towed by the police department and they ****ed up the car and I had to pay like $5000+ in repairs. I tried to fight it was clear that the damage from the TOW but in the end i had to pay full cost from pocket.

Yes they can still tow it. Yes it will damage your car. No you are not likely to get reimbursement for the damage IF you were illegally parked and it was lawfully towed.

just wondering, i mean what about cars that are sitting on their belly.. how can u even tow that? lol...
