I'm a huge Acura fan having owned 2 Legend coupes, Integra Coupe, CL and a ZDX. Mixed in there was a Honda Accord V6 EX 6 Speed Coupe prior to my first G. I bought the ZDX after my 2006 G35 6MT Sport Coupe thinking I wanted to grow up; kept it for a little over year and traded it for a 2012 G37 IPL 6MT. Acura makes great cars but the G is a lot more fun to drive than any Honda/Acura I've owned.
Got a TSX loaner for my daughters car (RDX) while it was getting some work done. It looked nice, quality seemed to be there, really liked the seats. The engine was anemic and I felt Acura was trying to cram as many buttons as they could into the cockpit to give it that "high Tech" look, it's overkill. The stereo in the RDX is much better than the G.
I owned the "other side" of the Honda experiment when they developed Acura. Wish I would have gone for the Legend as opposed to the Sterling

I'm assuming the TSX had the 4 cyl (K24A2) vs the 6 cyl which is an option. It doesn't have alot of torque off the line but it pulls decently once the i-VTEC kicks in. Keep in mind this engine is only 2.4L. You are giving up displacement but the payoff is fuel economy. It gets 24-25 mpg on avg vs the G which gets 20-21 mpg.

I knew it was a 4 banger .... I've gotten 30mpg in my G on a highway based trip. We didn't buy our G's for the fuel economy . It was still an anemic 4 banger .... my son's 2002 2.3l Camry had more pep.

My Legends were a 1988 and then a 1992 which I believe was the 1st or 2nd year for the forward facing engine with the transaxle going through the oil pan. The 1988 was my 1984 Prelude Si on steroids.
The stereo in the ZDX was excellent and better than my 2006 G35 but I'm not sure it was any better than the 2012 IPL G.
