3 days since I bought a G37x Coupe...

Hey everybody!

I just bought a 09' G37x Coupe with 34.5k miles. I joined this forum, as I was able to successfully find the answers to my questions/concerns before purchase.

I purchased the 5yr. 70k mile warranty and was wondering, what sort of things I should look to update on this model that was offered for this model up until this time.

Thanks!

well, i don't really understand

"what sort of things I should look to update on this model that was offered for this model up until this time."

but first thing i would do is change all the fluids. i consider that one of the most important things a driver can do to keep their car running great. it also creates a "blank slate", so to speak, so that the driver knows exactly what is in their car.

other than that, if you're talking mods and wanna keep it simple....F&R sway bars, brake pads, intake...probably top 3 i'd do.

While I agree the car is a little on the high side, i don't consider it to be an important mod. There are other things that I would consider taking precedence over springs/coilovers.

But opinions vary

I don't know whether I should say "Drop!" or "First!" here... lol. Kidding aside though, look into upgrading your swaybars as an early, if not first mod. It makes a huge difference. Also, as stated earlier, if you don't already know the fluid history of your car, change them out. Welcome to the forums!
