Question Where to look for info on used car?

I bought my '09 Journey coupe from a Mazda dealership here in Nashville.
Saw it on their lot and had to have it.
But it came with no factory window sticker or paperwork....just owners manual.
I asked Infinity dealership today and they say they have no way to look up my car. WTH??? Even my Dodge was researchable by VIN.

Anyone have any ideas how I could get the factory info for this particular car?
Any help appreciated.

Are you talking about a carfax or previous work order history? If you're looking for accidents, then check out carfax.com . Sometimes carfax will even bring up service history of done through an approved dealer. Sometimes we can't pull up work order histories on vehicles either. Really just depends upon where it was serviced.

No. I'm looking for the window sticker with all the options etc that came with the car when new.
Or a manufacturer's print out or customer printout of what options, etc. that are installed on my car.

Apparently I can pay the dealer for a copy of the original sticker or just go to this page and see what was available as packages.
I'm happy. Hope this helps someone else feel better about knowing what is on their car.

The only feature that I couldn't identify without help was the 4WAS. I saw the light when I turned my car on, wondering what it meant. It wasn't until a year after owning the car that I read you can look under the car and if you see a black servo, then you have 4was lol

Yeah, to my knowledge theres only a few options that some come with and some do not. the 4 wheel steering, the nav/back up cam/hdd, the Intelligent Cruise control and a power rear view mirror. I've actually seen one come into my dealership without heated seat, I thought that was odd.
