Had it for 4 months. Just a few mods I've done.. I don't know what else to do can I get some opinions...anyways here's what I did so far:

Lowered on swift sport springs:

It looks really good & clean to me, bro! I'd say ride it out until you get bored and then get rims next. Don't do too much too fast or you will be left without much to do later. I have a buddy that always does everything quick, and then gets bored with his cars and sells them lol.

BTW, what are Gtr tails? IS it tint or something done to the fixture inside the light? Looks good.

 

I was thinking for these following mods:

- carbon fiber hood
-Interior led conversion
- add a little bass 1-12 sundown audio sub with a 1000rms amp flush mount enclosure.

I'm I going overboard? Or on the right track?

 

Just me personally.... I wouldn't change the hood. But you can't lose with some sounds lol. LED's look cool too on the cars that I've seen.

The GTR tails are an overlay. Most buy them from bluebat. 180 actually paints them and it looks a little better in person, but much more pricey.

Daren, I definitely wouldn't do a CF hood personally. Some added bass to compliment would be my bet. LEDs in the interior are great too and pretty cheap. Your IPL is looking good man congrats. Looks so much better on the swifts too. I don't know how some of these guys drive around so low. I just put on my eibachs and I scrape going into my driveway. Gonna have to figure something out lol.

As for the next mods... Are you happy with the car as is? If so, leave it alone. Personally, I think sway bars, wheels and upgraded tires, and maybe a nice exhaust system would be on my list, but it's your car. Enjoy.

As far as being dropped, yeah Im over that. It's fun but you have to change the way you drive, swerving around potholes, taking speed bumps super slow or sideways (if u can even make it), and then there's issues like the one you have with your driveway.

 

Oh I think it looks so much better, and it handles corners so much better. And I'm not sure what guys are complaining about in regards to a harsher ride with the eibachs, mine feels great, but that's another subject that has been discussed many of time. Back on topic, I think his drop looks great with the swifts, I'm just saying any lower than these mild drops and I give props to these guys driving around lol. It just bums me out when the bottom of my bumper gets scraped, like today, and I know no one will ever see it, still makes me sad lol.

 

Love the mild drop, the hideous gap that comes stock is an eye sore. Mine was lowered 1.3front and 1.0rear. Yup next mod is LEDs n some bass . Don't think I wanna spend 900-1000 on a cf hood lol

 

Opinions please.....since I have red stiching on my seats because it's an ipl should I get the red LEDs for the door to match the red stiching and black interior

If I didnt have the AWD version I would have totally gone for this. Oh well lol.

 

This is a pretty good idea and this is the exhaust you would want (well the one I would want anyway), but I am guessing you are ok with the 'stock' exhaust because it was included in the IPL package. If not exhaust, then I agree with the others: LEDs and maybe a little bump in the trunk.

If you do a carbon fiber hood, I would say you should paint it to match the car. Keep it classy you know!
