Hey guys. A reminder came on the other day (two, actually with the same miles interval for them both for some reason). I think that the previous owner messed with this. I was wondering what the stock interval reminders for maintenance are.

Mine is currently set at:

Reminder 1: interval set to 3,750 miles

Reminder 2: interval set to 3,750 miles

Reminder 3: interval set to 7,500 miles

Reminder 4: interval set to 15,000 miles

So....is this stuff right? Two reminders set to the same time?

What are the stock ones because I think that this is right.

Should I get the car checked out regardless? No lights on dash or anything have popped up except for the reminders. The car seems great.

 

I'm still new to this forum, but i believe the two reminders are set at the same time because one is a reminder for oil change, and one is a reminder for oil filter (they are both changed at the same time). Hope this helps!

 

This reminders are for your liking. Some people have it 3k for oil changes some have it at 5k like me. It doesn't really matter what you set it on, it's just a reminder that you have a maintenance coming up. You can either turn it off or turn it on.

 

You can program them as you see fit .... I only use reminder 1 for oil, set to 3500 miles. I would use reminder 2 for tire rotation but we swap out winter tires at the season change.

 

OH...okay so there really aren't like FACTORY set reminders, they're all user inputted?

 

The ones you listed probably came that way from the factory. But, as some have stated they customize their cars to their own specific habits. So, if your question is are they customizable, then yes.
