Can anyone tell me what this is?
Help! Wheel lock key!
I was searching around for the history of my car and I found this picture. To my surprise there is, what looks like paint ripped off in the same exact spot as the "red thing" circled in the picture. At first I thought it was a random NYC mishap or something but now this has me wondering....also do you think I'd be able to get the dealership to fix that spot up?
ALSO: Does anyone know where the McGard wheel lock ID can be found? My car did not come with the wheel lock key and I do not know where the "ID CARD" is. I just found out that the key is missing and the manager of the dealership claims he placed the key in the glovebox himself....and it isn't there.

Update: The infected area:

I hate those ****ing MW stickers, took mine off as soon as I got the car home. How long have you had the car though and did you buy it with the MW sticker removed? As for the wheel lock, try giving McGard a call and see what they can do. Found this on their site.
It stands for Motorwerks, a higher end car dealer based out of the Chicago area. I bet you the paint was damaged by somebody hastily taking off that sticker. The dealer will probably tell you to go pound sand if you ask them to fix it, but it's worth a shot at least. No harms ever been done in asking.

On a serious note if you bought the car used and that was already there its your problem now. The dealer wont negotiate fixed post sale. You bought a used car not new plain and simple its going to have signs of use.
