Is there a way to tell how much tinting I have on the car as well? Newbie here...

I'm going to guess the original owner probably sold the 08-10 stocks and picked up some aftermarket wheels.
Then put 11+ to trade in the car since their OEM but sell for less.

Welcome to the forums! Looks like 50% in one picture and 35% in another. The lighting on each picture is different so its kinda hard to tell.

Nah you should be fine. Not sure about Oregon laws but California's limit is like 35% (ALTHOUGH you're really not supposed to have any sort of tint on the drivers side window) for ONLY drivers side window. Yours looks fine.
