The accident happened cuz that speed bump wasn't supposed to be there let alone 2 of them in a row with like 2 feet between them w/o reflectors or strips to mark them... otherwise i would have my car in one piece =/ that's how hehe trust me i wont be driving that fast in residential neighborhoods hehe I'm crazy just not stupid ;p

Makes sense. Sorry, I wasn't trying to call you out, I was just confused. Good luck with your project. Also, because the speed bumps were out of place and were not marked with reflectors, can't you sue the state/whoever put those speed bumps there?

I did and the lawyer is taking care of it hopefully the money i get back from that law suite can cover the damages and a bit more :P cuz i am suing them for damaging my personal belongings and threatening my life and safety of other people who use that road. cuz that's just messed up someone else would have died and according to my friends there were 4 people walking on the sidewalk and i missed them by inches, basically if they walked a lil faster they would be dead by now. thank god!

Talking Update!

Caution!!! Some pictures are heart breaking and will cause some DAAAYAM! reaction xD but it's fine don't worry!

All right so i haven't been able to update this post for the past couple weeks i got a lil busy with school and stuff, but i haven't forgot bout the car either^^.

Here's a lil bit of what we've done to the chassis and body since last time i posted a reply

1st we had to fix the chassis main "frame" so we did replace the right skirt side + a portion of the rear fender as a 1 piece for more rigidity and support.

Here's the right skirt side after balancing, Confirming Specs/Measures and welding and ready to be painted and stuff.

And then we moved to the interior flooring damage, found out that we gotta replace 80% of the floor... so we took it out >.>; Flintstones much?

And finally we put back this piece instead

I will head back to the garage tomorrow to take more pictures of the chassis done, the car is now ready to be assembled back and prepped then painted so i need some help picking the best shade and tone of paint before i gotta head back to the garage tomorrow so i got have it made otw there, make your suggestions Atlas OR Borealis?

These are the 2 colors for comparison.

One more thing, to match the rims on the car should i do Flat Black Side mirrors, Grill and Headlight housing? or have the Headlight housing color matched to the body with the projector lens shroud Black?

Keep in mind my trunk is CF and the Hood is CF OEM painted and CF TS-Style kept CF look.

With all the cutting and welding that you've done to your chassis, will you be able to register it with no issues? It's a big deal over here

Yeah I just send my papers and registrations and they'll renew it and all and send it back >.> my bro is PRETTY close friend with the head of Traffic Regulation in Kuwait xD no biggie~ but even w/o some connection they dont really check your chassis lol just check for like smoke and broken tail lights etc.

The Chassis has like 2~3 sheets of Aluminum running through it excluding the frame and there is A LOT of heavy Metal pieces holding the four corners of the car it's crazy

Yeah i'm going for the Atlas now, 80% people i've asked choose Atlas Borealis was only there incase people actually thought it's better ^^ countdown started tomorrow they'll prep the car for paint then i'll take it to the mechanic to make sure the engine's running and everything is good before we paint then start modding once it's done from paint department.

Alright as promised got the picture of the chassis after welding back the floor in it looks messy due to dirt and stuff still gotta clean it up then repaint it and seal it with factory sealant (silicone like substance) none can tell that the car been in an accident before once we're done, hopefully ill get those pics by next week since we're off for the weekend (weekends in Kuwait are Thursday till Saturday)
