what can i do about my sunglasses holder it keeps rattling and is super annoying... if i go to the dealer will they give me a new one under warranty? any one else have this problem?

 

does it rattle w/o sunglasses in the holder or just when you have your sunglasses in it?

mine rattled only when my sunglasses were in it (so, obviously, it was my glasses that were rattling) so I just started putting my glasses in so that the lenses were facing in and the arms were actually outside of the holder. This stopped the rattling sound for me.

Mine too, the only problem I have so far in 9 months.

 

Mine also does this. It goes away when I leave it open though so Im guessing its the lock.

I used to put a microfiber in with my sunglasses, problem solved.

I stuffed a beanie into mine, but now that you bring it up, a microfiber would be more useful.

 

OMG, I have this same problem. I thought it was the windshield making creaking noises. I'm going to stick some adhesive foam on the inside of the holder and see if that helps.

 

How do you fit sunglasses in there in the first place? Hahah mine only rattles if i place something in it like my gate card.

 

same issue here, but then again im running 2 JL 10W6 so i think the bass may be causing the rattling lol

 

Had the same issue in my '05 350Z - same holder design, same rattling. Apparently it is not on Nissan's priority list.....

mine started rattling the day i got my FI exhaust. since my sunglasses dont fit in there anyway i just stuffed one small MF towel, no rattles now

 

my dealership said to bring it and theyll replace with new one for free.. so if you have warranty still go get it lol.. im getting it from south motors infiniti in miami
