The aero bumper doesn't have the fog holes.....The IPL bumper does. You can get the IPL bumper cheaper, and then order the faux vents from the aero bumper. Its all explained in Pcasey's thread I do believe
The 2011 aero bumper actually does come with the holes for fog lights and is the cheapest option by far. The 2010 anniversary bumper does not come with fog lights and is about the same amount as the IPL bumper which only comes in the 2 IPL colors. All of these are the same bumper just with either a different paint or lower grille.
