Non-Interchangeable parts between Skyline and Infiniti

I'm assuming most parts between the Skyline 370GT and G37 coupe are interchangeable, so I'd thought it would be better to phrase the question this way:

Which parts aren't interchangeable between the 370GT and G37?

I'm asking this because I was told that the header positioning maybe different due to LHD and RHD (or something along those lines). Comparing Tanabe US and JP websites (as well as Fujitsubo US and JP), part numbers don't correspond between the skyline and g37 coupe, and in the case of Tanabe, there aren't any listed exhaust parts for the skyline...

Does anyone know of any other parts that I need to be wary of when getting G37 parts for my Skyline?

do you have 4was (4 wheel active steer)? some exhausts, rear braces, rear camber kits etc dont fit cars with 4was.

Thanks for that tip. The 4was notification lights up on the dash when starting the car, so I guess I do have it...

Probably, BUT - JDM/UK/AUS are going to aim wrong (left hand drive v right hand drive). So they'll blind oncoming drivers and you won't see much of the ditch on the side. If you're planning on taking them apart to paint/mod, and just want newer housings that aren't sun crazed, just remember to change the projector housing from your cars' original to the new headlight. Otherwise... no.

I could be wrong but I ASSUME that the headlights are the same and the only difference would be the way they tell you to aim them. I aim my headlights in a way that I don't see the cutoff line on the ground and it appears the pattern is the same on both sides.

No - the cutoff shields in the projectors are different. Not sure you can flip them over but maybe.
