Dealer Install SplashGuard but frontdriver underside bottom is not flush normal?

So I bought F/R splash guards for my 08 coupe non-sport and decided to have the dealer install so I didn't screw up the positioning. I paid $90 for it but they added an extra $14 for "shop equipment" as apparently not all screws came with it .. bs?? probably no biggy...

When I got home I checked the bottom of the plastic tab on the drivers front splash guard and noticed it was not flush. The passenger side is however. Is this normal or should I bring it back?

If the front splash guards are not held on by double sided tape should i try to loosen the 2 screws by the wheel well to see if i can reposition it so the bottom of the splashguard would be flush tho the underpanel?

it's hard to see on the pics but i tried to draw where the unflushness is...

Can't really tell from the pictures posted. They're all really fuzzy. If they didn't align it correctly, I'd take it back to them.

It looks aligned okay from the side. Just the bottom under the car where the plastic clip is doesn't seem to be flush

If it looks good except for that tab, I'd leave it alone. The dealer could possibly screw it up worse. Anytime you have someone work on your car there's a chance something could get screwed up, so it's best to keep it to a minimum.

I agree with movinon on this one. although, yes, it should be flush they will have to drill another hole to get it flush and if it looks fine from a regular viewing angle, I would leave well enough alone.
