Congrats on the new ride! As for the differences between FWD, RWD and AWD, well, that's something you'll just have to take the car out and experiment with. As always, use caution in inclement weather. Most importantly, enjoy!

The X has the factory tires on it. I think they're all-seasons, but I don't recall.

I drive an '04 G35 coupe, and I put Bridgestone Blizzaks on it during the winter. It does great I think, but I've had a lot of experience driving RWD cars all my life. Never owned a FWD.

Funny thing...I'm actually in Chicago this weekend for a convention - decided to drive my coupe instead of fly in. Nearly got t-boned near Michigan Ave. & 18th by some idiot who ran a red light at high speed. Saw him/her out of the corner of my eye just in time to stop. Probably would have totaled my car otherwise, with the impact on the driver's side.

The toll roads around Chicago are just ridiculous. Can't even drive three miles in some places without having to stop and pay a toll. There are some things I like about Chicago, but driving there isn't one of them.

Have fun with your new car!

One pic below. Just a crappy shot i snagged with my iPhone 3GS. I'll get some better ones with my Canon Rebel.

Really love the car so far. I love streaming music via bluetooth. Just wish the artist/song and perhaps album artwork appeared on the screen. Not a big deal though.

Yeah it comes with All season tires. I'll see how I do in the snow and go from there.

I missed a really bad accident on I-55 this afternoon while driving to my folks in Countryside. Good thing the sales guy asked me to hold up and take some photos, otherwise I probably woulda been right where that accident occured.

Love the car so far. Everyhing I had hoped and more so far. Can't wait to drive it again tomorrow.

Hey Jack, congrats... I had a 2000 V6 Mustang Convertible that was horrible in any weather, so the RWD/AWD to me is like heaven... I got mine in March so I haven't gotten any experience in snow yet, but it handles well in the rain, traction control helps a lot too (didn't have that in my Mustang either -_-)... One question... How do you get your phone to play music via Bluetooth? I have an Android and was trying the other day, to no avail... I do plug my iPod in via USB, but I wanna use my own phone... Any pointers?

Definitely won't be lowering it. I doubt i'll make any mods to it - just not into that sorta thing.

As far as getting your music to stream via bluetooth - once your phone is paired with the car, toggle through your sources until "Bluetooth Audio" comes up. all I had to do at that point was hit play on my iPhone and bam, we were blasting "Tool" in the dealership.

You can then control the iPod with the up/down enter button on the steering wheel or what not. No track listing appears when streaming that way but still a cool feature for sure.
