Bumper bracket shaving/moving

Hey guys,

So I've looked everywhere in the DIY section and i can't find any DIY for shaving/moving the bumper bracket to prevent rubbing...anyone have a DIY for this? Thanks!

1) get dremmel
2) shave away excess around edges of bracket
3) optional: bend metal tab upwards
