Splash Gards, looks only . . .

or do they actually work? The ones on my wife's IS300 work, the ones on my old Acura CL-S were fairly useless.

they work, but not as well as those flap type mud guards.

I think its a must for our cars. Especially the rears.

eh I think they're more for looks especially when you run wider wheels and tires. Once you're flush, they're not really effective at what they're aimed to do.

Thumbs up

They are functional and seem to work fine for stock setup... After bad weather when I wash the car I see all sorts of 'crud' built up on them that would have made it all over the side fenders and doors.

On a stock coupe with sport package, they let me have a relatively black car instead of "Texas Caliche Gray".

Did you have to remove the wheels to do the install?

Maybe because Infiniti designed them to work well with the stock wheel/tire set up. But who keeps their G's stock these days anyways??

I istalled mine myself and its really easy. I didn't remove any of my tires. Although it would be so much easier, but it can be done.

For the front, you just turn the wheels and thats enough space to work with.
