How many IPL'S have been made?

I heard 1000 total. 500 black; 250 w/red interior/250 w/black interior. Same thing with the dark Grey exterior.

I don't get it. How is it over priced? A fully loaded G37s Coupe with everything is 46,750 (Without aero kit) a IPL (has every single option G37coupe offers) is 51.. It is priced pretty good in my opinion especially when you compare it to a 335i loaded that cost over 55k..

As far as how many of the first models of the IPL made, we'll it sounds like between 900-1000. Seems like what the dealers told me back then was around the correct numbers.

I Was disapointed the interior didn't indicate the G37 was an IPL. I ordered The trunk emblem IPL and placed it on the Aluminum trim Above the glove box off to the right. It look's great and untill I tell someone that I am showing the car too , they think it was placed there by the factory. I am hoping the factory make's a special front floor mat with the IPL Logo.

this^!! i can't say i really hate them though...just a strong dislike. anyway, i can afford one, but would never buy one. given the choice of getting one for the exact same price, i would say no. im glad people like what they bought. the only people immature here are those that come on a public forum and have a problem with people expressing opinions. anyway sorry about the thread jack, but people are taking themselves way too seriously.

Who knows for one particular year, but I would guess less that 500 6MT were made across all years. Mine, yours and probably 448 others out there.
