hey guys,

so I purchased a 2008 g37 about 2 weeks ago and i started to notice a rattle from my exhaust during 0-25 mph. I went to the dealer and told them about the exhaust and they put a new one on for me. And one thing i noticed about the new exhaust was that it is really quiet..my old rattling one had a nice deep throaty tone to it.

So my question...is there a difference between the exhaust on the g37s vs the g37? Or is it the same exhaust and needs to be broken in? and another thing..the color on the old muffler was black while the new one is a unpainted metal color

 

Its the same exhaust and the rattle happens to most gs over time. wait a bit for it to break in
