Haha well to answer what happened, i was on the highway and a Genesis pulled up. He was messing with me so i decided to go at it. It was all good until one of the trucks in front of me brake checked me, i wasnt paying attention so i swerved the car on my shoulder to find a random FU*KIN car sitting there. I smashed into it and took out my front. The car isnt totaled but the Toyota Camry i hit fell off the bridge lmao. But if there is anything thatinfiniti should be proud of, its the crash rating. I didnt get a scratch wrecking at 60-70 mph.

Does this have to do with my age? Well btw im 18 now. And HELL YEAH its cuz im 18. To be honest no 18 or 17 year old deserves this car. I should have gotten a G35 and thats if i was lucky. I can see how adults get pissed when kids have nice cars. I honestly was being a dumbass that day. But usually i drive it real nice and am careful. But i do admit i was responsible for this and its cuz of my age and lack or enough driving experience.

On the bright side, i beat the Genesis!

I had it on the market and found a buyer and made a deal. I even bought my s2k... well finalized the deal and everything. The buyer no longer wants the car. So yes i did sell it but wrecked it a week before the buyer wanted to get it.

A similar situation happened here. A driver brake-checked a pregnant lady who hit a disabled semi on the hard-shoulder. The pregnant lady lost her baby and the first driver went to prison for at least a few years.

Not saying your aren't mostly culpable/negligent but brake-checkers suck as well. Don't you have proper coverage on your G?

 

I'm glad to hear you are okay. I guess all that can be said is that boys will be boys ... and more likely than not, you are already feeling pretty crappy, so need to tell you that you could have killed someone.

What I want to know is...Whose insurance policy were you on (your own or parents) and will you still be insured?

BTW, I would push the insurance to total your car, cause hitting anything at 60-70 mph is not good, and the car will never be the same.
