Be glad you didn't go for the 335i (although personally I opted for just the S model).

I just sold my 335i with only 35,000 miles on it. Had CPO warranty, and Dinan Stage 2. During the original warranty period, had fuel pump, wastegates, oil pan gasket, yada yada replaced...I had a 540i before that and same thing...so many issues. The 335i was a torque monster though, and I have to admit, I totally miss the power. =(

I was gonna say bc the IPL engine has 348hp buit isnt that due to the less restrictive true dual exhaust?

Yes, it's mainly the exhaust and a slight tune of the engine as Infiniti reported before the IPL's release.

Well my former G35 sedan use to have engine issue that dealer can't fix, it stays all summer in dealership waiting for technician arrived from Japan with some part I don't even know which one. Some solenoid whatever. I traded this car on G37 coupe after and coupe leaked water in first heavy rain, so sh$t happens in any car even Infiniti made. I would buy 335i only if price on this car would be close to G.

lol "no one wants them" is right, my local dealership is begging me to get out of my lease and in to an IPL but I refuse, the bodykit rubs me the wrong way and all that extra money for almost no performance gain..

I do love the malbec black however

Congrats on the car but I guess some of us agree to disagree. I personally once again wouldn't get a IPL. Well my next car is going to be a 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLK convert. I drove one the other day and the pricing is almost the same as the IPL.

Enjoy the car =).

I just picked up a 2011 Sport, I test drove the IPL. put the Injen CAI from my 08 in over the weekend ithas at least as much power as the IPL. it's jts not as smooth. I keep getting the feeling they remapped the torque/power curves in the 2011. Congrats the IPL suspension is alot tighter.

All of that money? $1,000 bucks for an exhaust, different wheels, ECU, interior accents, and suspension tuning sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
